The apartment was really nice with an amazing view! Loved how close it was to Progressive Field.
The Keynote Key box was terrible to get the keys from and didn’t work the whole time we were there which was very annoying!

Location was great for walking. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame was close and places to eat!
I needed WiFi to check my email. So I had no communication from the host until I drove to my daughter’s.

Very clean
Check in and out are very complicated! We got locked in garage and had to pay $54 to get out. Could not get a hold of the garage through help button or host. This was after already paying $25 for parking pass to start with. My door code also didn't work upon arrival.
