The apartment was fantastic! Great location, great views, great modern features.
Key box required 8 digits, I was not provided an 8 digit number, only several 4 digit ones that had nothing to do with anything. Before checkin, had to provide a $250 security deposit for one night, or could just pay them a $35 fee and had to provide photos of all guest's IDs. Easily the most time consuming checkin process I've ever experienced. The bedrooms featured a wall of windows, which unfortunately, did not have functioning blinds, so early morning sun filled the rooms. At checkout, I was threatened with a $100 penalty if I did not provide a photo of the returned keys in the lock box by uploading the photo. I was not told where to upload this photo, fortunately, I had a phone number from when they texted me the 8 digit code that accepted replies.
