Really nice place and convenient
Parking . Was told it was free and it was not. But garage was next door

Excellent location if you’re a Cleveland sports fan or music aficionado given its walking distance from all three major sports stadiums and several prominent concert venues.
Check-in process relied on a third-party app that had several issues, and required me to sign a contract and pay fees outside of the Booking.com platform. While outside of the property owner’s control, the apartment building REEKED of marijuana, the smell of which seeped into the residence itself under the unsealed front door. The carpet in the residence is extremely worn and soiled, and I would not walk on it without socks or sandals. There was very little natural light in the unit given the only windows were at the far end away from the bedrooms and faced tall buildings which blocked sunlight throughout the day. Despite powering on, the microwave and dishwasher were broken, the former not heating and the latter not washing. Several of the limited cookware items, dishes, and pieces of cutlery were dirty when we arrived, with baked-on food and grease that I hand washed off before using. The clothes drying unit had mold around the entire door frame and may need to have its ductwork cleaned as it took more than two full cycles to dry a regular load of laundry.
In short, it’s clear that this has been a party apartment for young folks looking for a place to pregame before a sporting event or concert and crash after a night out at the nearby bars, not a restful haven for a small family for mine that needed a place to stay near the Cleveland Clinic while visiting an ill relative. I would not stay here again.
