The host lives next door, which was really convenient. Any time we had an issue or needed anything, he was able to help very quickly. He was a very kind and helpful host, and we really appreciated how responsive he was.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable, which was important during a two-week stay. The lounge also has a great TV with access to Netflix, YouTube and Disney+, which was especially useful for keeping the children entertained.
The view of the volcanos looking into Femes was beautiful everyday.
Aircon was an important feature when we was booking, it’s cheap €1 for 3 hours and we used it quite a lot during our stay. There are also fans available which we liked.
We stayed here for two weeks as 2 adults and 3 children (aged 9, 7 and 2). Overall, we had an enjoyable holiday, but there were a few things that I feel are worth mentioning, particularly for families with younger children.
Bedroom:
Luckily, our youngest is only 2 and was able to sleep in the cot provided in the main villa. The third bedroom, however, is not actually located within the main villa. It has a separate entrance from outside, which meant that our children could not safely use the room independently. We would either have had to leave the bedroom unlocked and the main villa accessible, or lock them inside the bedroom where they would not have been able to get to us. I think this setup would be much more suitable for a third adult or older teenagers, rather than young children.
Pool:
We stayed for two weeks and the pool was cleaned once, on day 6. It became dirty quite quickly, particularly with sand from the calima and general debris, and I feel it would have benefited from being cleaned a few more times during a two-week stay.
Crockery:
There were no plastic cups, plates or bowls provided for use around the pool. This isn’t a major issue, but having some suitable outdoor/plastic crockery would have been a really useful addition, particularly for families with children.
Volcanic stone walls:
One of the things that at attracted me to the villa when booking was the volcanic stone feature walls in the main bedroom and both bathrooms. They are a lovely way of bringing some of Lanzarote’s natural scenery into the villa. Unfortunately, though, we found that they also allowed quite a few insects into the rooms. Over the course of our stay we encountered various spiders and flying insects in our bed. After a few days I ended up pulling the double bed away from the wall to try to prevent insects getting into it which did help.

Amazing host- very easy communication and went ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP!! Extremely clean, lovely pool. Photos as a true reflection of the property. Very comfortable beds!
A half an hour walk to the beach- quite a steep hill..did not bother us- however just a heads up to other guests.

Willa jest zdecydowanie godna polecenia. Obiekt jest w cichej okolicy, otoczony wysokim ogrodzeniem, dzięki czemu jest tu całkowita prywatność. Apartament jest bardzo przestronny, jest dużo miejsca zarówno wewnątrz jak i na zewnątrz. Każda sypialnia ma oddzielną łazienkę, co jest bardzo komfortowe. Kuchnia jest wyposażona w absolutnie wszystkie możliwe potrzebne sprzęty, jest dużo talerzy, szklanek, kubków, wiele rodzajów kieliszków i cały sprzęt potrzebny do gotowania oraz kawa i podstawowe przyprawy. Dostępna jest również zmywarka, pralka, żelazko. Klimatyzacja jest płatna 1€ za 3h, ale w apartamencie jest też kilka wentylatorów, co dla nas było wystarczające.
W obiekcie jest prywatny basen, co najważniejsze - podgrzewany! Podczas naszego pobytu w marcu mogliśmy swobodnie pływać, woda miała 25 stopni.
Gospodarz jest bardzo miły i responsywny. Podczas naszego pobytu wystąpiła drobna usterka, poinformowaliśmy o tym gospodarza i jeszcze tego samego dnia naprawił to.
Willa jest doskonała zarówno na krótsze jak i dłuższe pobyty. Bardzo polecamy to miejsce! Jeśli kiedyś wrócimy na Lanzarote, to właśnie tam!
