This character house has been renovated to a high degree into three separate rooms. We had the "double" room. Very clean with lots of wardrobe space. The wardrobes actually reduced the width of the room so there was not much room for anyone travelling with luggage. This didn't bother us. We didn't see inside the other rooms so cannot comment on those.
Easy access, once we had the information from the host.
There's an upright piano in the lounge area for anyone wishing to practise their Chopin Etudes.
For the money, we'd be a bit churlish to dislike anything.
However, parking was first come first served, so we missed out and had to park outside in West Botany Street. This is a very busy connecting street with lots of traffic, often at a standstill for several minutes waiting for the nearby traffic lights to change. At midnight on a Saturday, there were plenty of souped up coupes revving away while standing in line at the lights. As our "double" room was nearest the street, the noise was as though the cars were in the room with us.
Then, for some inexplicable reason, the traffic abated round 1.00AM and we were able to get to sleep. Our thanks go out to the traffic gods who smiled on us that morning, because we had to rise at 6.00AM to return home.

It was just like being at home. Loved all the finishing touches and all the things people have left behind for others to use.
The water wasn’t draining out of the shower so I cleared it as it was causing a problem and I cleared the Lint in the Dryer

1. Good location, close to all public transport and 15 min to airport.
2.Its a house with all amenities you need for your comfort , cooking and living.
3.Easy for check in
4. Wifi super good
5. Walking distance to super market, restorents and beach
1.very next to a busy road . Almost entire day can hear vehicle sound, some times too loud !
2. Bed mattress too soft ! Not at all comfertable !
3. Other guests not caring about hygiene and cleanliness
4. No TV in living area
