Potential to be good, breakfast was nice to be fair,
clearly understaffed,
had issues with the room not cleaned properly and wasn’t the same room not as described , then was moved to another room which was better but the bathroom window was covered up in cardboard I assumed
It was Broken, think cleanliness is something that need to be slightly improved upon
Couldn’t use the pool either apparent maintenance and also a construction site next door kept people awake at night

We had a fantastic time at Nature Hotel. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were kind and helpful. We loved the breakfast buffet too! I would happily stay here again.
Very expensive laundry service at hotel. We had just twice washing done and we paid a huge bill for that,it would be cheaper to buy a new clothes. Price was 10 times more expensiwe than in our next hotel we stay in.

The location was initially difficult for the taxi driver to find, but was good for walking around and close to the mall. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff arranged an airport transfer for us at 3am with no issues.
The rooftop pool was really underwhelming (small and poorly kept), the plumbing in the rooms was dreadful. We had booked two rooms as a family of five and confirmed at the time of booking that these rooms would be on the same floor, however on arriving we were on separate floors and they couldn't even give us multiple keys to enable easy transition between floors.
Also... There is no "spa" as the name and description would suggest.
