Shower doors would not stay all the way. Shampoo container was empty.

The place was clean and the staff was very polite.
Only the time slot for breakfast on the Sunday. We had a late night but it all worked out.

The rooms and hotel was really nice and clean. The rooms we're a good size and the staff was really friendly.
Unfortunately, at the time of booking it wasn't communicated that the hotel was having its grand opening on the weekend of our stay. We could not access the amenities, which were the main reason we booked, and their system was not yet active so we did not have room keys. Every time we came in and out we had to be escorted by a staff member to open our room for us. The refrigerator was not plugged in, the room doors did not fully close, and on day 2 we had zero hot water. The TV would turn off by itself every 30 minutes and there were several power outages.
