Staff is very friendly. Breakfast has pretty good options, including bagels and eggs. Microwave and pretty large fridge in the room is great.
Full disclosure, I did not elect to stay at this hotel. It was selected as part of a group. If it were up to me, I would have stayed at the Hampton inn next door. Best Western rooms are always dark and dingy. The toilet in my room was constantly making noise, no skin off my back because I'm not paying the water bill, but the fact that I brought it up to the front desk and nothing was done to fix it is telling to me. Also only 2 outlets in the bedroom (wth) with no USB ports. Shower is less powerful than my kitchen sink at home, also turns cold if you shower at night.
