A nice little, very clean and practical quiet air conditioned very practical 1-room-appartment. A short walk away from the S. Paulo metro station. Restaurants and grocery shopping opportunities nearby. Very friendly and accommodating host.

We really liked the accommodation. The kitchen and air conditioning were a big plus. The location of the apartment was great for us, the accommodation was located not far from the metro station. We could get anywhere by metro in a short time (for example, the Colosseum was about 3 stops away). Communication with the host was without problems and check-in and check-out went smoothly. Therefore, we recommend this apartment and we would come back again.
The only downside was the water leaking when showering.
