Everything was ok with booking in and getting to Wembley n london
The fact that he wanted to charge me an extra £40 for cleaning when it doesn’t state on the website about this, and he wanted cash.. I didn’t pay this as I’ve never heard of this b4 and he hasn’t complained about getting this money so I guess that it was extra for him

Location was excellent park your car outside in your own space 15min walk to the tube station nice and quiet area this is the second time I’ve stayed here and will be staying here again

The proximity to our venue for the night
It was very unkept, it needs a lot of TLC to bring it up to scratch. After arranging an early check-in, the property owner contacted to say we would have to wait an extra 3 hours as the previous occupant hadn’t left and the Cleaner needed to go in. He then added I needed to leave an extra £40 in cash for the Cleaner to come again after we left. Said the cost wasn’t included in the booking fee from bookings.com, tried to contact bookings.com. AI robot told me to check the booking (not helpful).
