great communication and helpful when we had flight changes.
location is slightly awkward but there are a few restaurants etc nearby and an easy walk along the waterfront.

Excellent accommodation. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but Fantasy Inn was one of the most comfortable places I stayed in Tonga. Extremely clean and updated/modern rooms, great AC (much needed for me), wonderful staff and check-in experience (very flexible and gave us a late check-out), and a great location (walking distance to restaurants, beach, shops, town, ferry station, etc.). Very very excellent value and reasonably priced. Also, wonderful laundry services right next door. I would highly recommend Fantasy Inn for anyone staying on Tongatapu!

THE GUY ON CHECK IN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NOTHING WAS A PROBLEM.
THE LADY ON CHECK IN WAS NOT HELPFUL AND WAS ALL ABOUT HER MAKING MONEY. THE SHOWER AREA WAS DIRTY AND THE SHOWER HOSE HAD SOAP SCUM ALL OVER IT. THE SHOWER WATER VOLUME AND PRESSURE WAS PATHETIC AND DRIBBLED OUT. THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN AND PEOPLE WERE SLAMMING DOORS ALL NIGHT LONG AND SINGING AND HAVING A PARTY IN THE HALLWAY AT THE TABLES AND CHAIRS THAT ARE SET OUT. THERE WEB SITE SAYS THEY HAVE A SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE AIRPORT, WHICH THEY DONT. THEY GET A SMALL BEATEN-UP OLD TAXI TO TAKE YOU AND TRY TO CHARGE YOU TWICE AS MUCH AS THEY STATE ON THEIR WEB SITE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. THE OTHER ACCOMODATION WE STAYED AT IN TONGA WAS A MILLION PERCENT BETTER. ONLY REASON WE STAYED HERE WAS BECAUSE WE COULDNT STAY AT OUR OTHER ACCOMODATION FOR ONE NIGHT AS ALREADY BOOKED.
