Great spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen with oven and 4 hobs, washing machine, sea view, pool. Had issue with broken shower fixing, message was replied to instantly and maintenance came straight away to fix it.
Cala Mesquida beach is beautiful, turquoise, crystal clear waters and white sand.
No restaurants or bars near by, you need to drive or get a bus into the next town. Only has air con in 1 (out of 3) bedrooms and the lounge. Parking is a struggle - spaces become available later in the day as beach goers leave.
Dripping bathroom tap and most lamps don't have bulbs, uncomfortable beds and pillows.
People not living or staying in the apartment block have access to the pool area.

Very close from the beach
The property is requesting payment deposit if 300€ ( after you have already book your stay ! ) and is holding your money 10 business day after you do check out .
Also there were no light balls in the lamps - not sure why .
