Готель чудового рівня ну новиц, але дуже доглянутий, номери чисті, є все, що треба для життя, надзвичайно приємно було тут перебувати. Ввічливий і приємний персонал, величезна красива і зелена територія. Багато чого в готелі доступно (пляж з лежаками від готелю, купа басейнів, оренда велосипедів/авто, спа, масаж, шопінг центр, лавка з морозивом та кавою). Трішки далеко від основної краси на острові, але для пасивного відпочинку готель кращий.
Трішки одноманітне харчування на all inclusive, але при цьому все смачно, та старались трішки урізноманітнити мʼясо/рибу.

The location was absolutely perfect for families!!! The beach was in fact sandy 🤭😂 and there were lots of options for activities on and around the property. We rented a jet ski (Kostas), used the aqua inflatable down the beach, did a private 4hr boat tour with Merianos Boats (HIGH LIGHT OF THE TRIP), played table tennis, and rented a bike for 4 at night on site. There were plenty of activities we didn't even get to because there was not enough time.
Mondo's restaurant down the road was delicious. We went there the day we missed the all inclusive buffet lunch hours because the kids didn't want to leave the ocean.
The air conditioning was COOL! Patio was nice and spacious.
The on site parking was easy and felt safe. They had storage lockers for luggage. There was security at the entry and exit points. Maintenance was quick and efficient when needed to replace a broken shower head.
The entertainment staff was a hoot.
4 days wasn't quite enough to squeeze in everything we wanted to do.
The room was a nice size, but it felt a bit run down and dated.
I did not like having to wait 2 days to get fresh towels for the beach/pools. But the towels were great quality.
The all in clusive drinks were okay. I would have liked a larger variety - only one beer option. And no fedo cappuccinos that I saw. Off site they were delicious!!!!
The buffet was okay. But I'd much rather explore more local restaurants if I did this again. My picky eaters still found enough to eat and they loved the gilato self serve station.

The staff was very helpful and very friendly.
Pool was clean and good size, perfect for children
Activities for children were nice, the animators were pretty good
Stayed there for 5 nights, they never change the sheets, just make up the room.
Bathroom had a terrible smell
No solution for fresh drinking water. They offered free water but it was warm (except on the buffet). The only choice for fresh water was to buy it on the stores. You had to plan your water for the night otherwise you could suffer for it. The stores official hours said that they close at 22:30 but they closed earlier.
Food variations were low.
Very long waiting line for drinks as they close all the bars except one after 18:00. All the guest were pushed to the same bar.
Live entertainment for adults at the beach bar was terrible. Greek night with no Greek songs. Saxophone night with playback pop music. Fake DJ playing in the pool (First time in my life I've seen a Pionner DJ set with no cords at all).
