The home is equipped with exterior cameras. One at the front door and two in the backyard. The cameras in the backyard are pointed at the pool and at the grass area.
The home also has smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. A first aid kit and fire extinguisher can be found in the closet by the kitchen.

Maximum of 10 people. Guest count must be accurate on reservation. $500 per violation or however much the guest overage would be on reservation, whichever is greater.
