The hotel is well maintained and overall a very nice property. However, there were several issues during my stay that impacted the experience.
There was an internet outage for approximately 24 hours, which was a significant inconvenience. As a result, the bar was closed, and the laundry facilities were offline, making it necessary to obtain change for the machines.
The television in my room was not working at check in and was never repaired during my three night stay, despite the issue being reported.
There was also no housekeeping service provided during my stay, including towel replacement. I had to contact the front desk to request trash removal.
One unusual interaction occurred when the housekeeping manager knocked on my door one afternoon but did not enter. I stepped into the hallway to ask if she needed anything, and she simply said no. I was left confused about the purpose of the visit.
While the property itself is attractive and well maintained, the lack of basic services and unresolved maintenance issues made the stay disappointing.

Room was clean, breakfast was good and hotel was clean and well maintained. Would be nice if they offered complimentary bottled water in the room. Nice location!
