About this house rental
Welcome to your private getaway!
Spacious 4,000 sq ft waterfront home (3 floors, 4 bd/4 ba) on 4 acres of land just 5 minutes from the Sagamore Bridge. Comfortably sleeps 15-18 (6 beds, 3 air mattresses, 2 large couches). Enjoy a huge backyard, a private lake, the fire pit, and if you're interested, our friendly barn animals—emu, alpacas, goats, and chickens (separate structure ~100 yards away - completely optional!)
Perfect for large group getaways. Secluded from neighbors with easy access to Cape Cod and only 1hr to Boston.
Additional amenities include private lake with kayaks and water trampoline, a massive backyard with a fire pit, 2 cornhole boards and kanjam, comfy deck furniture and tables, a home gym, and a jacuzzi-style bathtub. We also have a completely separate barn structure about 100 yards away if you'd like to come pet our emu, goats, alpacas, or meet our chickens! Please note this is completely optional and there is no obligation to meet or to feed the animals, as we will have a caretaker for this - but if you love animals, this is definitely a huge plus.

This home is exactly as listed. Beautiful waterfront property with a quiet, exclusive home. Plenty of room for a group to stay in with many sleeping arrangements. The host, Terry is very welcoming and communicates everything you need to know about your stay. 10/10 recommend staying here if you’re looking for a nice getaway!
