Inside, the air-conditioned, open-concept living and dining areas provide plenty of space for everyone to gather. Relax on the comfortable sofa while watching your favorite movies and shows on the large Smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast before heading to the parks to a relaxing family meal. The home also offers Wi-Fi, cable TV, streaming options, an iron, and a private washer and dryer.

Families traveling with children will especially enjoy the themed bedrooms. The primary suite is located on the ground floor and features a private bathroom and Smart TV. The other four bedrooms are located upstairs, including two additional suites and fun Mickey Mouse and Star Wars-inspired bedrooms. Every bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV.

Located in a quiet, family-friendly area, the home offers convenient access to Walt Disney World, EPCOT, Universal Studios, Polo Park, Orange Lake Golf, Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park Zip Line, as well as shopping, dining, entertainment, and several golf courses.

EXTRA SERVICES

The following optional services are available for an additional fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance:

Pool Heating: US$35 per day, with a minimum purchase of 2 consecutive days. The maximum temperature is 95°F (approximately 35°C). Because the system uses heat-exchange technology, heating performance depends on outdoor weather conditions. No refunds will be issued if cold weather prevents the pool from reaching the desired temperature.

BBQ Grill: US$60 + 13.5% tax. Guests are responsible for replacing/refilling the propane tank. The fee covers final cleaning and normal wear and tear of the equipment.

Pets: US$135 per pet, per stay. This is a one-time fee covering the entire stay and is not charged per night. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a maximum weight of 35 lb each.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This is a self-catering vacation home. A limited supply of complimentary starter items is provided upon arrival, giving guests time to purchase any additional supplies they may need during their stay.

Starter items include 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, dish soap, a few dishwasher pods, and 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, and 1 bar of soap per bathroom.

We do not leave food or seasonings in the property to help prevent contamination. We recommend stopping by a nearby grocery store to purchase personal hygiene items, food, and any other supplies needed during your stay.

TRASH DISPOSAL

Guests must follow the resort’s waste collection procedures and take trash daily to the designated disposal area, helping to keep the home clean.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in: from 4:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: US$80 each, upon request and subject to availability.

The primary guest responsible for the reservation must be at least 21 years old.

All guests must follow Expert Vacation Homes’ Good Neighbor Policy and may not engage in any illegal activities.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
