This spacious two-story townhouse accommodates up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. With a private screened pool, outdoor area, recreation space, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TVs in every bedroom, and fun Mickey Mouse and Star Wars-themed rooms, the home provides a comfortable setting to relax and enjoy quality time together after exciting days exploring Central Florida.

Inside, the open-concept living and dining areas create a welcoming space for the entire group to gather. The home features central air conditioning, while the living room includes a large Smart TV where you can enjoy movies, series, and your favorite entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. For guests who enjoy outdoor cooking, use of the private gas BBQ grill can also be requested for an additional fee.

The bedroom configuration comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Bedroom 1 features a King bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, Bedrooms 3 and 4 each include one Twin bed and one Full bed, while Bedroom 5 features another King bed. The property also includes three main suites and two themed bedrooms inspired by Mickey Mouse and Star Wars, an especially fun feature for families traveling with children. All bedrooms feature Smart TVs.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have private access to the townhouse, screened pool, outdoor area, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, private washer and dryer, and designated parking. Free parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.

Entry to the property is provided through an electronic E-lock using a unique access code that is reset after each guest stay.

Guests can also enjoy the available amenities at Solara Resort, including a large heated resort pool, bar and barbecue area, fitness center, volleyball court, basketball court, convenience store, and FlowRider surf simulator. Use of the FlowRider requires an additional fee paid directly at the clubhouse.

The Kissimmee area offers convenient access to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, golf courses, and some of Orlando’s most famous attractions, including Walt Disney World, EPCOT, Universal Studios, Orange Lake Golf, and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park.

Whether you are here for unforgettable days at the theme parks, a round of golf, relaxing by the pool, or simply spending quality time with family and friends, this Solara Resort home provides an excellent base for your Central Florida vacation.

OTHER INFORMATION & HOUSE RULES

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. All guests must respect the property’s good-neighbor policy and may not engage in illegal activities. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

EXTRA SERVICES

Pool Heating: Optional pool heating is available for US$35 per day, with a minimum purchase of 2 consecutive days. The service must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The maximum temperature is 95°F (approximately 35°C). Because the system uses heat-exchange technology, its performance depends on outdoor weather conditions. No refunds will be issued if cold weather prevents the pool water from reaching the desired temperature.

BBQ Grill: Optional use of the private gas BBQ grill is available for US$60 + 13.5% tax. Guests are responsible for exchanging or replenishing the propane. The fee covers final cleaning and normal equipment wear and tear.

Pets are welcome! A pet fee of US$135 per pet, per stay applies. This is a one-time fee for the entire stay, not a nightly charge. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a maximum weight of 35 lbs (approximately 16 kg) per pet.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: US$80 each, upon request and subject to availability.
