About this apartment rental
Located in the heart of the famous Trastevere district, this charming third-floor apartment is set in a historic building that has been recently restored. Please note: there is no elevator.
The apartment is arranged on two levels and offers spacious, comfortable living areas. On the main floor, you’ll find a very large living room with two sofas, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette, one double bedroom, and a bathroom located right next to it.
Upstairs, a bright and spacious studio area leads to two twin bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower.
The apartment features elegant green-toned décor, hardwood floors throughout, and a lovely small terrace—perfect for enjoying a quiet moment in the heart of Trastevere.

Here’s your chance to stay in a tastefully appointed Roman apartment that is carefully curated and uses every square meter efficiently. You are staying in a home, not a rental, and you feel privileged to have the opportunity. Other than the three flights of stairs to get there, it’s a treat once you get inside. Highly recommend.

Great property that you can tell the owner takes very good care of. Huge living room and great kitchen and the AC works fantastic on upper level. However, a note that to reach the apartment, you must climb some very steep stairs. If you are a traveler with alot of luggage or even just a large suitcase, then this apartment is likely not for you. There is one bedroom on the main floor of the apartment but the other 4 single beds are in the loft which is reachable by a spiral staircase. Again, not easy for someone with lots of luggage. And no door for privacy between beds in loft. Great for a family or group of friends.
