Staff was nice the owners were present and super helpful. Hotel close to transportation and in a good location to walk around and explore.
Nothing bad to say about the hotel, overall it was OK nothing special.

Breakfast, cleanliness and staff were great.
Problem was with noise...We were in room 402. Person(s) in room 403 took shower around midnight and woke us up for about 15 min because our headboard was next to their bath.

The location is great in the Termini train station area. The hotel has good family rooms, perfect refrigerator, and free breakfast. The staff is great-good value for one night stay.

Amazing experience, friendly and helpful staff, great location and renovated rooms and hotel. Loved that I felt personally looked after. Will definitely return to this hotel. Great breakfast too!
