Great location. Place is a little rundown, a little messy when we arrived and a few light bulbs missing and cold tap in bathroom not working. Staff were great

Helpful staff during check-in and check-out. Comfortable beds and sofa bed for 5 people. Spacious for dining and kitchen equipment reasonable.
Room at 5th floor, NO LIFT access, thus have to climb stairs after taking lift to 4th floor. My mother who's 73 years old had problem climbing each time we exit and return. Room cleaning done in hurried manner, as we were waiting at the door until 4.25 pm to check-in, previous used towels not removed.
