Room is good but with several problems… one of the window blinds was not working but apparently no notice and no attempt to fix. Several spots on the carpet were very sticky and we were not noticed and no one informed us. The king bed mattress is very soft with no support … apparently had been used for many many years without any update. There is no air conditioner on the dining room area where the sofa bed lies.
There is a shortcut to walk to Whistler village ; although no one told us earlier.

Although the hotel facilities are a little dated, the property is very well maintained. What impressed me most was how incredibly clean everything was. Both the room and the common areas were spotless — seriously, super clean!
The front desk staff were also very friendly and professional. Communication was smooth, and their service made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of.
I also really enjoyed the hotel’s outdoor heated pool. It is quite large, and the water temperature was perfect, so it never felt cold even when swimming outside. The hot tub was also very spacious, comfortable, and relaxing.
Overall, all of these things left us with a very positive impression of the hotel.
Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay.
There was a ventilation outlet located just outside our bedroom, and it ran continuously day and night. The constant humming noise made it very difficult to sleep in the bedroom, so I ended up sleeping in the living room instead. However, the sofa was quite short, and at 182 cm tall, I couldn’t fully stretch out my legs, which made sleeping there uncomfortable as well.
The bed also seemed to have an older spring mattress, and we did not find it very comfortable to sleep on.
Another issue was the lack of air conditioning. When we checked in, the outdoor temperature was around 27°C, but the room had no AC. Although three electric fans were provided, the room still felt quite hot, and the fans were not enough to keep it comfortably cool.
These issues were disappointing, especially because otherwise we had a very positive impression of the hotel.
