This property is located on a very quiet street within walking distance to the canal and a short drive or bike ride to charming downtown Lewes or the beach. Book your stay at the Season at the Cape today! Max occupancy of 2 although owner doesn't mind occupant having visitors. 3500/month or 10,500 for the season (Memorial Day-Labor Day). Tenant pays utilities and 1 clean per month. Dogs case by case basis (35lbs and under considered).
