Beautifully remodeled spacious 1 bedroom nestled in the oaks and eucalyptus & oak trees. Large kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and laundry with separate dining room, living room and 65" Smart TV.
Outdoor area with hot tub, fire table, BBQ and couch. New bed, appliances, paint and furnishings. Nicely decorated.
The house is centrally located in the heart of Valley Center, It is only 100 yards from Valley Center Rd. so there is some road noise. However it it is very quiet inside.
It is in the country there are rabbits, squires, lizards and snakes that you might see. The yard is wild and open to nature is dirt and not groomed just as shown in the pictures.
Walking distance to Fat Ivors restaurant.
