The Space:

Inside, you’ll find two private bedrooms, one bathroom, and a bright, open living area with a sleeper sofa for additional guests. This is a smoke and pet free space. The fully equipped kitchen makes longer stays convenient for meal preparation and food storage, while the dining space and a dedicated work desk with high-speed WiFi create an easy setup for remote work if needed.
Step outside onto the private balcony to take in views of the Santa Monica Mountains, especially peaceful in the mornings and evenings. Coffee at sunrise and cocktails at sunset make this a guest favorite before and after a day of rest and exploration.
Although the suite is located above the main home, it is completely separate with no shared interior spaces, allowing you to come and go with total privacy. There is also a wonderful sitting area with Adirondack rocking chairs to sit and relax at the entrance to the retreat.

You’ll enter through the home’s exterior dedicated private entrance with your dedicated access code and have exclusive use of the entire upper apartment, no shared areas, no interruptions.
The location makes it easy to explore Southern California without staying directly in the congestion of Los Angeles. You’re just minutes from Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village, with convenient access to Malibu beaches, Ventura, Santa Barbara, and major destinations like Universal Studios, LAX, and Disneyland.
For travelers driving the California coast, this is an ideal and comfortable midpoint between San Diego and San Francisco.

Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen is designed to feel effortless - whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or settling in for a longer stay. You’ll find everything you need, including a full-size refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, toaster oven, and a complete set of cookware, utensils, and cutlery.
Thoughtful extras like cooking oils, spices, and a selection of complimentary coffee, teas, and sugars are provided to make your mornings easy. A Keurig machine and stovetop kettle give you options to start the day your way, while the nearby dining area offers a comfortable place to enjoy meals or plan the day ahead.

There is access to shared washer and dryer with all the supplies you need to wash your clothes. You just need to set a time to access the machines.
