A clean condo. Enjoyed our stay. Only real concerns were the plug in receptacles were very worn. The. Power cords were wobbly or fell out of the plug way too easily. In the master bathroom we reported to VRBO that the toilet seat needed tightening and the light over the toilet had a flickering bulb that needed replacing. When we were checking out and stripping the sheets off the master bedroom bed, we saw dried old blood stains on two pillows. The bed was very comfortable. Water pressure was good and enjoyed the large shower in the master bathroom. Although not a show stopper, we still reported the loose shower on off handle in the master bathroom. We’ve stayed at Tropic Isle many times but not always the same unit. Love the location and amenities.Not related to the room we stayed in but nonetheless a concern was the elevator number seven button had broken. It was reported and fixed the next day but for awhile the day before we had to go to the eighth floor then take the stairs down a floor. Lastly, in the pool area there is a pool safety grab pole hung on the fence next to the pool. The brackets that hold the pole protrude out too much and have sharp edges. The reason we’re reporting this is that we observed several guests that got cuts and scratches while walking by. Almost forgot, we are in the elderly category and need safety grab bars in the shower. Adding these would be a great safety idea. Thank you for allowing us to share our concerns with you.
