About this condo rental
Nestled in West Beach, this attractive condo for $285 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Enjoy the beautiful beachfront view from your private balcony at this Gulf Front Condominium, Southern Sands unit 204. Tastefully decorated unit directly faces the Gulf, Beach and overlooks the Pool. This condo is truly on the beach with a fantastic view of the ocean and beach from the balcony or from a comfy chair in the den. See pictures in our listing of our awesome view! This two bedroom, two bath unit sleeps seven with a comfortable King bed in the master bedroom, 3 Twins in the 2nd bedroom. The den has 2 reclining sofas and a comfy recliner with the best view of the ocean and a queen size inflatable bed for additional sleeping needs. We have wireless internet access in our condominum and we are located only 1/4 mile from the center of town....with shopping and many restaurants within walking distance. Carpeting in bedrooms and beautiful ceramic tile flooring in kitchen, den and baths. Flat screen tvs in den and bedrooms. Den has 49" smart tv. Enjoy covered and outdoor parking for your vehicle (2 vehicle limit) at this 2nd floor condo. Private, covered deck overlooks the beach, gulf front pool and Gulf of Mexico. This is a very low density complex with 18 total units. Centrally located elevator makes this condo very accessible and its a short, quick walk to our pool, the beach and the ocean! Please note when comparing our rates to others that our rates INCLUDE the 13% lodging tax. You will find a common area downstairs with 2 charcoal grills for outdoor grilling. Beach chairs & umbrellas are available for rent on the Beach during the summer season. This is a non-smoking Unit and smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the balcony. We welcome SNOWBIRDS! Nothing at all to complain about! Condo was great. Location made getting whatever you needed or wherever you wanted to go very easy. Cooked 3 meals at home so kitchen was important to us and it did not let us down. Had everything we needed and more. Beach access couldn’t be easier. Would definitely stay again.

Cummunication with owner was excellent! Location is perfect and within easy walking distance for food and shops. Love the 2nd floor unit for easy in and out for the beach and pool. Like how you're able to talk to family below the balcony around the pool. Much better than them 10/20 floor condos with the long elevator ride. Very spacious unit and the new beds are great! Easy parking as well. Thank you ma'am!

Our stay was nice. View from balcony is limited but adequate. Rental was comfortable. Communication with Sheryl was excellent. Rental seemed dark with a much taller building on either side blocking sun most of day. Condo was very clean on surface. Sliding class doors, windows really need cleaning.

The property was good three of the 4 beds where good one of the twin beds(the one on the kitchen wall felt like it was tipping you out of the bed. It needed adjustment or a new bed. Th one on the outside wall had pressed board under the mattress with a very sharp corner that wasn’t rounded. I ran into it and caused a huge bruise, and a lot of bad words!! Also needs fixed. Thee bathrooms need updates. But we had a good time

Condo is better than described. Host is super responsive to any questions. Right on the beach and close to everything. Because it’s a small complex, you pretty much have your own private beach (and we were there during peak Spring Break). We hope our future dates work out with the availability of this amazing unit.

This was perfect for me and my husband. It is big enough to comfortably fit a few kids or even adults that don't mind sleeping in the same room. Sheryl is incredibly easy to work with and very quick to respond. Everything was clean and comfortable.
The location is great! The pictures do not do justice to how close the condo actually is to the beach. It's literally a few feet past the pool area. The view from the balcony is perfect, especially in the morning outside with a cup of coffee.
It's also walking distance to the Hang Out, Shrimp Basket, Lauria's Bar, etc ( and I'm a big girl that doesn't like to walk).
I would definitely rent this unit again.

Excellent Place to take a family!
This is a wonderful place to take a family for vacation. It was super clean, great location, reasonable price. I have no regrets about our trip and we will likely be back to this unit in the future! The first place I've ever stayed where I didn't have to go in and reclean and sanitize. Tastefully decorated with a better-than-advertised view of the beach. Another pleasant surprise was the rolling luggage cart--It made moving bags so easy.

Great spring break getaway!
This condo had the perfect mix of classic and modern touches to it, it felt like home! Getting in touch with Sheryl was easy and she responded quickly. We had a great time and look forward to staying again in the future!!
