Excellent location and quiet.
Good facilities including air-con and laundry.
Comfortable beds.
Had to climb 3 flights of stairs.
Cleaning was superficial. Bathroom and kitchen were ok, but dust on many surfaces in living areas.

The location was perfect, seconds from the Arena. In the very heart of the old town but also quiet at night.
Air conditioning kept the apartment cool when the temperatures outside soared to almost 40 degrees
One bedroom was upstairs with the second toilet beside it, which saved anyone going up and downstairs at night.
Plenty of bottled water and coffee pods provided for the coffee machine.
Well equipped kitchen although we chose to eat out as so many places around us for good food.
Good friendly communications with host.
3 of us stayed so we had plenty of room. Just one couch in the kitchen area, which may have been an issue if there were more people staying but worked fine for us.

The room is in an amazing location.
No AC for the main bedroom, but AC in the other locations. The Wi-Fi didn't work after the breaker went out, and we didn't have any workable Wi-Fi for the entire trip (TVs weren't working since there was no Wi-Fi). Two bathrooms, but only one with a shower - the shower wasn't draining properly, so it required stopping showers often; otherwise, it would spill out to the main bath.
