Son emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel. Bon petit déjeuner continental. Café et thé en libre service toute la journée.
Rapport qualité prix élevé : chambre petite sans fenêtre (pour 2 nuits c’était ok au vu de l’emplacement). Moquette propre mais usagée.

Esta muy cerca de las atracciones principales como el Big Ben, London Eye, Buckingham Palace, St James Park y el metro está a 3 minutos, además al lado hay una tienda donde puedes comprar lo indispensable a buen precio. El desayuno incluye café, pan, fruta, jugo y agua. El check-in y check-out es sumamente rápido y la atención del personal es excelente.

The property was ok.. self check in was a good experience
The room was ok.. the carpet was so dirty as well as the stool had so many stains.
