Nestled in Puerto del Carmen, this charming villa for $203 per night is a great option for your next break. Villa Marco is a beautiful villa situated in a quiet residential area close to the cliffs that overlook the harbour in the old town of Puerto del Carmen. Accommodation comprises of 2 double and 1 twin bedroom. The master suite is completely separate from the rest of the villa and has its own mirrored dressing area and an en-suite bathroom.The villa boasts a 9mtr x 5mtr heated swimming pool giving ample space for a proper swim. The dining area seats 6 and has WiFi, satellite TV, video, hair dryer and DVD player. The outside terraces which capture the first and last rays of the sun, have ample areas for sunbathing as well as shaded areas for alfresco dining. Casa Marco is fully alarmed and has a safe. We provide a cot and high chair, if required, at no extra charge. The villa is ideal for both families with children or couples that like a little extra space and luxury with the advantage that we live locally, meet you on arrival and are on hand if there are any problems.

The property is a delight. Its nicely decorated and well equiped. The pool is large and deep, able to have a proper swim. 15min walk to the charming Old Town with good restaurants and bars. Marios restaurant very good and is only 5 minute walk.

Well, what can I say…..
Having been to Puerto del Carmen a few times over the last 10 years, this time we thought we’d try a villa.
The whole booking process with Sonja was easy and straightforward, with her communication second to none and answering any queries I had instantly.
When we arrived at the Villa it was better than we imagined, and actually bigger than on the photos.
The pool is a great size and the kids loved it, no fighting for a sun bed as enough to go round for everyone.
The cleanliness of the whole place is outstanding and there is so much room within the whole villa.
The location of the villa is in an area we knew well, and it’s nice and quiet, but still close enough to everything with a short walk.
I could go on praising this place all day, but just want to say thank you to Sonja for the use of her home.
Highly recommend this villa.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Marco, from the booking of the villa and outstanding communication with the owner Sonja to the lovely cleaner who did an amazing job by making it spotless when we arrived. The pool and outside area was such a bonus and we spent a lot of our time in the day there and played cards around one of the tables in the evening.
Safety is excellent in this villa and we felt extremely safe here.
We walked daily from the villa to the old harbour which is such a lovely scenic walk, with pubs and shops on the way too.
Would highly recommend Casa Marco to anyone.

2 wonderful weeks at Casa Marco, it out did our expectations of a Villa holiday!! Great sized villa suitable for a family of 6 without feeling on top of each other. Outside area was spot on too with a great sized pool which is heated & Sonja recommended we cover it at night to keep the heat in. The communication we had with Sonja was excellent & we had the pleasure of meeting her one day when she popped into to see us, bringing a beautiful cheesecake as we were celebrating a couple of birthdays & a special anniversary. So very thoughtful of her to do this! The Villa is situated in a quiet residential area with the Montana Tropical within a 5 minute walk, with a couple of lovely bars & restaurants & a Spar. We however organised a food delivery through Mercadona supermarket & it was excellent, definitely recommend that.
It was easy enough to walk into the Old town or even further into main strip, we always got a taxi back to save walking up hills & steps.
We look forward to returning in the future, highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed!

Spacious three bedroom villa with massive pool and terrace area.
Stayed here for six weeks and the villa had everything we wanted or needed.
Five minute walk to the supermarket and four restaurants. Fifteen minutes easy walk into town and dozens more eateries. A great place to chill or as a base for touring the island. Sonja is the perfect hostess. Great communication, helpful and friendly.
Thoroughly recommend this Villa, if we ever went back to Lanzarote we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the fabulous Villa Marco. This villa is located in a lovely quiet area with a Spar and a few restaurants a few minutes walk away. The villa is very spacious, bright and comfortable. There is a lovely outdoor area with a great sized pool. The pool was enjoyed by all. Sonja our host was very friendly and helpful. Sonja was in touch before our stay with details for our arrival and she dropped in to say hello during our stay. She immediately sorted a problem with the washing machine. We highly recommend Villa Marco.

Spent a very relaxing week at Casa Marco. All the facilities and amenities we needed. 3 teenage boys loved the fact they could get English TV channels and keep up to date with all the sport! Pool was a great size for a good swim and games. Definitely recommend covering pool at night to keep heat in - even in August.
We enjoyed being on the edge of the town as was peaceful and a sense of space. But walking to harbour (and especially back!) not for the faint hearted due to the number of steps.
We did the walk along coast to Puerto Calero with water bus back. Recommend a visit as some nice bars and restaurants lining the marina.
Couple of meals out at Mario's nearby. Pizzas were lovely. We booked a table in advance for evening to ensure we could sit outside to make most of the views.
Sonja was a great host. She regularly checked in with us and went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay.

Great holiday
We had a fabulous time staying at Villa Marco. A great Villa in a quiet location with good amenities. Such a relaxing holiday and we made the most of the swimming pool so much so we didn't want to leave. Lovely walks to the old harbour with stunning views. Maybe a struggle for some people on the way back as it is uphill, but don't let this put you off as a taxi was only 2.5 euros.
Sadly we didn't get to meet our host Sonja, but she was always available if we had any questions and provided a lovely welcome pack for our arrival and checked to make sure everything was ok. Would highly recommend staying at this accommodation.

Nice comfortable villa in a quiet location. Lovely big pool and lots of outdoor seating. A short 10 minute walk takes you into the hub of the old town. It’s uphill on the way back which may not suit everyone but we found it ok. We walked to Puerto Calero along the coastline which takes around 25 mins from the villa where there are nice restaurants overlooking the marina. We got a water taxi back to Puerto del Carmen which was a nice way of seeing the coastline. Sonja as our host was very welcoming and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

As nice as advertised
Had an excellent 10 nights ar Casa Marco. Messaged Sonya when we got into the villa and she popped over next day to introduce herself. Perfect location with Spar and numerous eating places about 3 minutes walk at Montana Tropical. We have been coming to Lanzarote for over 15 years and always pick villas with heated pools. This pool is one of the largest we have had and it was good to get a proper deep end for diving games retrieving sinking toys. In all my years this is the first time i have had a cleaner use a hoover in the villa. As soon as i returned home i checked to see if it was available in September but it looks booked up for my dates. Sonya is always a message away to address anything as required. Thankfully we had no reason to get in contact apart from being sociable from time to time. Will come back when dates align.

Fantastic location, really easy cab ride from airport. Walk to local shops and restaurants and nice stroll to coastal path with lovely views.

The marina is about a 15 minute walk and there are a host of bars and good restaurants there. We also walked to Puerto Calero a couple of times (around 30-35 minutes) where there is a very pretty marina and a lot of restaurants.
Being on the edge of Puerto del Carmen it was very easy to get onto the main road system for visiting everywhere else on the island.
We hope to be back again soon if Sonja will have us!

We have just returned from a week staying at Villa Marcos. It is a really lovely villa that sleeps 6 comfortably. It is really clean and looked after. The heated pool area is nice with loungers and seating.
The location is perfect, with just a few minutes walk down to the port area where there are several lovely restaurants and bars.
Sonja is really nice and is quick to respond with all communications.
We would definitely like to return in the future.

Perfect!
This Villa simply perfect, it had everything we wanted and needed. Great location just above the old town harbour, with local bars and supermarkets all within a few minutes walk. Sonya was fantastic throughout, gave us all the info we needed ahead of arrival, really important given the restrictions. The starter items left in the apartment to get us going we’re gratefully received, thankyou. We look forward to staying again.

Good communication with the owner from beginning to the end. If there's anything you need to improve your stay, don't hesitate to contact Sonja she will do her utmost to help.
The property is in a quiet residential area and is a 15 minute walk along a promenade to the old harbour where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Be aware that this is downhill and you have to walk back up again. Mario's restaurant is very close and serves good basic food at a reasonable price.
It was wonderful having a warm pool for swimming; so many pools in Lanzarote are not heated enough in the winter.

Lovely villa in quite neighbourhood 10 mins walk from old town. Supermarket and restaurants close by , few minutes walk . Welcome pack on arrival , which was nice .

A very relaxing holiday
Just returned from a fantastic 12 days stay. The villa has great sized rooms and the bathrooms have fantastic showers. Since we were only 2 people, we had a lot of space, which should be enough for 6 people also.
The pool is lovely as it is large enough to have a proper swim in and it gets the sun all day long. There is plenty of space around the pool and there are enough comfortable sunbeds.
The villa is in a great, quiet location with a supermarket (Spar) just around the corner as well as bars and restaurants (e.g. Marios). It’s a short walk down into the harbour where are plenty of restaurants and pubs.
The communication with Sonja, the owner, was perfect which made booking easy. Sonja is very friendly and helpful.
We would like to stay here again.

Just returned from a fantastic week in Villa Marco. The villa has great sized rooms and the bathrooms have fantastic showers that are really powerful.
For those that like their TV, all English channels are available and there is also a DVD player.
The pool is lovely as it is large enough to have a proper swim in and it gets the sun all day long. There is plenty of space around the pool and ample comfy sun beds are provided.
The villa is in a great, quiet location with a Spar just around the corner as well as bars and restaurants (Marios Italian is lovely). It’s a short walk down into the harbour where there are plenty of other restaurants.
The communication with Sonja, the owner, was very good which made booking easy and painless. Sonja is very friendly, helpful and responsive and seems to go the extra mile for her guests.
Won’t hesitate in booking again.

This is a lovely villa situated in a quiet residential area but not too far from the harbour.
Sonja the owner was there to welcome us on arrival and show us round the property. It was everything that we were looking for and the large heated pool was a big plus for us. It has that 'home from home' feel about it and waking up to catch up on the U.K. news channels on the TV was indicative of this. As our stay was a 2 person rental we can only say that there seemed to be plenty of space and accommodation for more people. There's good Wi-Fi signal and there's internet connection available via the smart TV. Free parking is available on street.
Highly recommended.

Lovely Villa
Beautiful villa in nice quiet location, yet still close enough to get to bars, restaurants and shops. Quiet, away from the roads. Large pool gets the sun from morning until night and we all loved that! Was nice to have a few welcome things on arrival. Comfortable and accommodated our party of 5 people easily. Will be back.

Nice villa
Villa was nice, pool area nice. Lots of space, only thing I would say was inside wardrobe areas needed a paint and the micro wave needed put in the bin as it was old and interior rusting. Kitchen has seen better days too. I would return though.

was there were 4 of us and there was never enough hot water for showers in the evening . We expected pool temperature to be warmer . The villa was cold at night but this is probably a winter issue . Otherwise all was great . Maybe it might be a good idea to get some heaters in for the winter time .

Wow what a find this villa was. Couldn’t believe our luck when we arrived and it was exactly as described. Sonja was very welcoming and loved her personal art work around the villa.
The villa is down a beautiful quiet road very easy to find . Four of us stayed ( 2 adults , 2 kids ) and there was more than enough space. 2 beautiful large bathrooms and 3 very good sized bedrooms . Loads of hanging space too.
Lounge is very spacious with satellite tv showing a lot of English channels , WiFi was very good .
Outside the villa is lovely , plenty of sun loungers aswell as bbq area and a large table and chairs so all catered for. The pool was fabulous my boys spent hours in there. Lovely size and nice and warm. It was so secluded and quiet we felt we were the only ones in the area , it was bliss.
The location is great a short stroll to a very good Italian restaurant or a futher ( 15 min ) stroll along the harbour to the old town where there are lots of nice places to eat and drink. A walk to the strip took about 20/25 mins but was a pleasant walk so the time flew.
We loved everything about Casa Marco and didn’t want to leave. I can’t recommend it enough.

Really Bright and comfortable
We had a wonderful stay at Casa Marco. Sonja met us on arrival to show us around and had kindly placed some beer and water in the fridge and a bottle of wine in the kitchen - thank you. First impressions met all our expectations and we were not disappointed with any aspect of this spacious and stylish house, including the newly refurbished and elegant shower-rooms. The master suite is lovely and private in its own wing of the house and its ensuite is so very spacious. The pool in the rear garden was superb clean and sparkling, sunny all day long with loads of terrace space. Lots of towels and sun beds in numerous places. Quiet and private. Loved it to bits and swam 3 or 4 times every day. The whole stay was a real treat we barely went out save to the local supermarket and Italian restaurant down the road. if you feel more energetic try the cliff top walk to Costa Calero (about a 90 minute round trip), or walk down into the old town/harbour area. Perfect home away from home
Just back from a 17 night stay at the villa and it was absolutely perfect. Sonja met us on arrival with a welcome pack which was very much appreciated and also available for any issues (which we had none) and also to show us around the villa. Swimming pool is a lovely size for just floating around in and just big enough to swim in if you want to.. The villa is in a nice quiet residential area and only a 10 minute walk from the old town harbour and a few minutes walk from the nearest bars and supermarket.. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing peaceful holiday in a clean and confortable surrounding and I would happily go back if it was available next year

This villa is beautiful and the pool is wonderful the weather was fabulous and Sonja even arranged a birthday cake for my husband during our stay which was lovely I would return today if I could!,,,,,
If you go to lanzarote stay at villa marco the only fault we had was no air con but there is room fans but we survived.
