Parking The Villa is located on a private, well lit, one-way street with very low levels of traffic. Parking is available directly outside the villa on the street. Refuse and Recycling Recycling facilities are available only 50m from the villa and non-recyclable refuse is conveniently located 20m away and is collected daily. Water Water is solar heated with a 200 litre tank, enabling 6 people to enjoy hot, high pressure showers within a very short space of time. A back up water pump and tank is fitted should the mains supply fail. Smoke alarms are fitted throughout the Villa for your safety.
