BOOK AT OWN RISK. 💀 Broken. Dirty. Mouldy. Not looked after at all. Needs renovations ASAP.
Location. That’s all really. Central Rome so close to everything.
Where do I begin? Walking into the property my girlfriend and I were excited to start our 4 night stay in one of our more exciting stays on our trip.
Walking in we were expecting a wow factor to find a nice little Italian apartment we could call ours for 4 nights. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
The bathroom was barely holding itself together. The shower is mouldy, dirty and just gross. The shower head isn’t even attached to the wall. The shower that they advertise is not at all working. I had to hold the shower head above my head with one hand and wash my hair with the other. What a great holiday.
Not to mention there was no soap or any basic necessities to feel clean and welcomed into a new hotel/apartment.
The beds were held together by zip ties which meant we cut our legs every time we got out of bed unless we remembered. I was text 3 times by the staff, I wasn’t text check in details until I reached out a day prior to check in.
They then proceeded to only text for the city tax and then to beg for a 10.0 review to help a clearly sub par property get off the ground.
Whoever manages this place should be ashamed. I believe it would be lovely if looked after properly.
Lastly, I wish to mention the most important detail. The toilet. The seat was attached incorrectly which means that one of my favourite past times was now filled with fear of falling onto my face and smashing my teeth on the bidet.
I hope the people managing this place can get their heads back on and get this into the shape it really deserves to be in.

Cosy house experience 27/06/26
I really liked the position of this place. It is indeed very close to the main attractions and also well connected to reach everything easily.
Well, here I can start with a very massive list of things I did not like.
1. We arrived with 39 degrees outside and there was no soap/shower gel. I reported it and they said they would have brought it soon. We went out, hoping that at our return the soap was there, and when we came back there was nothing. I reached out again and they apologised and they said that if I wanted they could bring it "if I wanted". I ended up buying it on my own.
2. The shower was very filthy (see pictures attached), the timescale became a unique entity with some kind of molds. It was very disgusting to shower but unfortunately considering the weather conditions I was forced to. I can tell that the cleaning service is very poor overall. Surfaces are full of finger marks everywhere with the bathroom reaching the maximum level of dirtiness
3. Tv out of order. Bed frame was kept together with plastic ties.
4. They want to collect the tourism tax in cash and they frame the whole thing as it is a rule. Just for info, for international tourists, you are not supposed to pay it one way or the other. They are supposed to collect it for the city council of Roma so you can pay in cash or card. I was able eventually to make a quick bank transfer.
5. Very dodgy way of reaching out to provide useful info for the stay. Be aware that there are many places called cosy/cozy house/apartment and few of them are known scammers. They reached just the day before upon some requests and by external text so until the end I was a bit afraid I could get a scam. I would suggest them to improve this and operate fully through booking or whatever system they are using.
Whatever I am saying here is in line with other reviews released by other users, I really hope they would start to roll their sleeves and begin to offer a service that meets people's expectations.

Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Rest keineswegs.
Badezimmer: Dusche mit Schimmel, Dreck, kaputter Tür, kaputten Funktionen. Toilettendeckel schief.
Küche ohne wirkliche Ausstattung. Kein Schneidbrett, kein Messer zum Schneiden, keine Küchen Handtücher.
Fernseher der nicht funktioniert.
Lampen die flackern.
Bett mit Kabelbindern so repariert das man beim Aufstehen an den scharfen kannten hängen bleibt.
Dazu in der Kommunikation absolut uneinsichtig und meint man will alles ändern. Dabei ist es schon ewig so, der Dreck und co in der Dusche ist ewig alt.
Wenn ich was ändern Will, Vermiete ich so einen Zustand erst garnicht.
