Everything in the apartment was very well apportioned and clean and tidy. There was an air purifier, and there was attention to detail. The lighting was exceptional, in so much as it had almost daylight-type lighting in there, which was good because sometimes, because it's a ground-floor apartment, the shutters were down. Yes, it was very comfortable, with air conditioning.
Depending on who you are, there was a bit of an uphill walk from the station, which was about 12 minutes, something like that, but it was comfortable, and you were up into a very quiet residential area. I felt safe and all okay, and I walked from there down into the main town for restaurants and bars. Very good, but nothing really stood out that would give it a bad mark.

Todo muy nuevo, la ubicación fantástica y las camas cómodas
Dio la casualidad que eran las fiestas del barrio y hubo música fuerte hasta las 3 de la mañana. No había aparcamiento y tuve que dar mucha vueltas hasta que lo encontré.

Apartament tipus estudi, bàsic però correcte, compta amb el necessari. A prop del centre de Xàtiva.
A peu de carrer i amb poca llum o ventilació, les dues úniques finestres que té donen directament al carrer, poca privacitat. Passadís d’entrada en un estat molt millorable.

Las instalaciones del piso podríamos decir que son correctas. Aunque hay que decir que hay un ruido constante de un motor de ventilación que es bastante molesto y no hay manera de apagarlo. Justo esta encima de la cama y si tienes el sueño liviano, te vas a enterar.
Creo que el trato del host no fue de lo más cordial. Le dijimos que teníamos una boda (13:00h) el día que entrábamos al piso y que si era posible entrar un poco antes de la hora del check-in (14:00) para dejar las maletas y arreglarnos un poco e irnos; y su respuesta fue negativa. Nos dijo que entrar antes de la hora de entrada tenia un coste de 10€ por hora. - Nos pareció un gesto de mal gusto y de poca empatía.
