The one room flat is very clean in a new modern building. The bed linen and the towels are white spark. The small chicinnete is well equipped for a short stay of 2 nights as we needed it. The self check-in is easy.
The zone is really not walkable during the evening, full of prostitutes and condoms on the walking path, on the street nearby. The flat is good for 2 people only, the sofa from the small living &chicinnete area is really bad for sleeping one person on it. It's metallic structure and click-clack system does not make a sleep friendly bed. When you extend it there is no place to move around. Also the bed from dormitory could have a topper. The parking is in the street directly, we were lucky to find a spot easily. In this zone there is not a kafeteria or a coffee shop or periptero to buy water or something for breakfast. There are beautifull art- wood tables, but for such small flat, these are just risks to accidentally hit your legs. The lights over the table could be elevated since people around 1.7 hits the head on it.

L’appartement est neuf propre et bien équipé et au calme.
Quartier en rénovation, pas de commerces à proximité. A savoir le parking est dans la rue.
Pas d’eau chaude sur les dernières 24h.
Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants et il y a une lumière bleue dans l’appartement pendant la nuit ce qui est gênant pour dormir.
Il n’y a pas de protection dans la douche ce qui rend le sol glissant quand il est mouillé.
