Location was perfect for looking around Totnes and close to train, bus and river to connect with other places to visit.
Dog friendly.
Plenty of nice places to eat and lovely shops close by.
The beds were not comfortable unfortunately and the pillows very flat and stained. We took pillows off single beds as only one eachbon main bed. The bottom sheets of the beds did not fit the mattress.
It is always great to have washing facilities but there were not enough pegs to hang out clothes.
Crockery looks nice but not able to use in microwave.
Would have been nice to have some milk on arrival but there were some things left in store cupboard to use which was helpful.
The house has a lived in appearance rather than cosy. There were tins of paint in the wardrobe for e.g.
Just needs a few tweaks to bring it up to holiday standard and hoping this comes across as constructive comments.

Location is good, beds are comfortable and ahower is great.
I feel that it is a little tired and the windows and fridge would benefit from a deep clean.

Location was good as walkable to town etc
Main bedroom needed window blind & blackout curtains. Bedroom furniture very dated & flimsy
