Das Hotel ist fantastisch, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit.
Der soziale Gedanke ( genähte Taschen von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung ) liegen im Zimmer zur Benützung bereit. das Frühstück lecker und vielseitig . die Zimmer sehr wohnlich eingerichtet und täglich top gereinigt. Wir waren 5 Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert die Lage top.

Très bien placé à Kyoto et prix ultra raisonnable

Staff not friendly at all! Pool very small and very difficult to access, as they as you to sign forms and do jot give you a card or towel if do not go every time to the reception. To far for children to walk to the city.
