The place is nice, if toilet was fixed, AC worked, and cleaning was up to standards I think I would’ve had a different e

The location was great.

The toilet didn’t work and the house smelt bad, it was not cleaned to standards as a former house cleaner, leftovers from previous guests were still in the fridge, AC barely worked woke up sweating multiple times through the night.

Location was right for us, very spacious, clean, well stocked with cleaning supplies to maintain a clean environment while staying. Plenty of linens and towels. Hot tub was clean and functional. Property is exactly as listed. For us it was one of the places you can truly say “what’s not to like”

The location was great.
