About this apartment rental
Set within Northstar Resort, the condo places skiing, mountain biking, golf, Village dining, seasonal events, trails, and resort amenities close at hand. Start the morning on the mountain, spend the afternoon in Truckee or by the lake, then return to a warm, comfortable condo as the pines settle into evening.
Living Space
The open living area looks toward the pine-covered slopes and offers a relaxed place to recharge between adventures. Settle into the sofa or armchair, turn on the gas fireplace during a cool Tahoe evening, and unwind with a movie on the 65-inch smart TV.
The sofa converts into a queen bed when additional sleeping space is needed. Dimmable lighting and thoughtful nighttime lighting make the condo comfortable and easy to navigate after dark.
Kitchen and Dining
The full kitchen is well stocked for guests who prefer the option of meals at home. Full-size stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, quality cookware, baking pans, wine glasses, a Crockpot, blender, toaster, rice maker, and useful cooking essentials make it easy to prepare anything from a quick mountain breakfast to a relaxed dinner in.
The expandable counter-height table works well for morning coffee, dinner for two, meal prep, or a few hours of remote work. A dedicated power tower keeps laptops and devices conveniently connected.
Bedroom and Sleeping
The private bedroom features a queen bed with premium Pima cotton linens, a choice of soft and firm pillows, bedside charging, and a fold-away 43-inch smart TV. It is a quiet, comfortable retreat after a day of skiing, biking, hiking, golfing, swimming, or exploring Lake Tahoe.
A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space, and a folding cot is available for added flexibility. The condo is most comfortable for one or two guests but can accommodate a small family or third traveler when needed.
Bathroom
The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower with a glass barn-style door. Plant-based bath essentials, fresh towels, and lotion for Tahoe’s dry mountain air are provided.
Work and Connectivity
Reliable WiFi and a dining table that converts easily into a workspace make the condo a practical choice for guests extending a weekend or working remotely from the mountains. Finish the workday, close the laptop, and be on a trail, in Northstar Village, or by the fireplace within minutes.
Northstar Resort Access
The seasonal Northstar shuttle makes it easy to move around the resort without relying on parking. Ride to the Village for restaurants, coffee, shopping, live music, seasonal events, ice skating in winter, and gondola access.
Guests may also enjoy access to the Northstar Property Owners Association Recreation Center for a daily fee. Seasonal amenities may include swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, saunas, tennis, pickleball, basketball, bocce ball, a playground, and outdoor gathering areas.
Additional Comforts
The condo includes an Ecobee smart thermostat, humidifier, complimentary shared laundry within the building, easy self check-in, and parking for up to two vehicles with provided passes.
