For shared use: garden with lawn. Pre-arrival grocery service. Airport transfer (extra). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 40 km, restaurant 2 km, café 2 km, bus stop "Invermoriston" 1 km, railway station "Inverness" 40 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, riding stable 20 km. Nearby attractions: Urquhart Castle 20 km, Loch Ness Monster exhibition 20 km, Glen Affric 40 km, Invermoriston Waterfalls 1 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Loch Ness 20 m. Please note: car recommended. A unique opportunity to stay on the shores of Loch Ness in stunning well kept grounds on the Glenmoriston Estate. Due to the high wall and drop into the burn at the property, strictly no children under 12 year old are permitted to stay.

Due to the high wall and drop into the burn at the property, strictly no children under 12 year old are permitted.

We were hesitant about the house due to the lack of reviews, but we were happy with our stay. Host was very accommodating, house was very well kept, and the area around the house was incredible.
