About this house rental
Towering Pines is one of eight Grafton Getaway Guesthouses and at this property we host many group stays such as family reunions, church groups, bach/bachelorette groups, and of course weddings. Please let us know of event plans prior to booking and we have folding tables and chairs for guest use. Please note we utilize staggered pricing based on the overnight guest count. The app calculates this for you and the rate rises by $30 per person per night starting with the 4th guest. Weekends during high season may have a minimum guest count.
Towering Pines was added to this app in March 2026 but has been listed on a competing app since 2024 and enjoys a top 10% rating there. Our Farm location is just one mile away. Grafton is just 8 minutes away but the nearest restaurant is 4 minutes away. The nearest neighbor to us is 350 yards away.
On the property is a separate rental called The Studio. The home has its own driveway and is behind a privacy fence. For large Towering Pines stays please inquire about adding the Studio to your booking which takes the full property capacity to 30 guests. The full interior square footage of all the buildings on the property is a very spacious 7,000 square feet.

Very nice property and location. Lots to do for kids and adults. Property owner was very helpful with any sort of questions. Less than a 10 drive to the riverfront with restaurants, etc. If ever back in the area will definitely book again.

Property was exactly as advertised. Perfect getaway for a large group, plenty of fun activities on the property you could stay there your whole stay! 10/10 would recommend staying here. Host was very easy to work with & made sure we were take care of.
