The room was clean and updated. Appears entire property is being updated and repaired. The televisions were very difficult to use. In fact, one bedroom required Prime pin but would not accept. Blinds broken in one bedroom. Temperature automatically turned down upon departure so hot when return. Need of new mattresses. The management of the property was poor. Access difficulty upon arrival (keypad code did not work). Lock in very poor condition. Had to use real estate lock box. Gated community. Management failed to provide entry gate code. Did not inform of a "clicker" to get out of walking gate that we found out about via another renter. Be aware that unit is on second floor. Hauling golf bags not the easiest (no elevator). Welcome letter provided a day after arrival. Prior to arrival, had to contact agency for information (which was incorrect) instead of them providing as promised. Upon Sunday arrival, did not answer phones (only open mon-fri). Finally, on Sunday arrival got "acme cleaning" so could access unit via lock box after struggling with incorrect entry codes. Told a lock repair would arrive and never came. Greatest issues is management, television access or use.

Thank you so much for hosting us! We were very comfortable in your unit and had a nice time on the property using the amenities. We enjoyed talking with the owners/renters at the pool area. Loved the proximity to ASU to visit our daughter attending school. We would definitely rent the unit again.

The condo was in a good location for the things we wanted to do in Phoenix, includingPapago Park and Camelback. The kitchen had what we needed and the pool/hot tub were nice, though a little bit of a walk as a heads up for anyone with young kids. The upstairs neighbor’s footsteps were easily heard, and we found some of the Southwest themed decor as well as the mattresses not so cozy.

The unit was nice enough, but we have issues with the service. We didn't get check in instructions until about 5 minutes before. The unit has three TV's that did not work. We contacted Casago Phoenix at the number provided. While they returned our message, nothing got done. They said that they set up a work order, but nobody contacted us. We responded to their text but heard nothing. A whole week without any TV was not on our menu.
