Welcome to the Tall Pines Retreat! Gather your family and friends and escape to this spacious, 5-bedroom family-friendly Flagstaff getaway. Sleeping up to 12, this home sits in a quiet neighborhood with nearby parks, just 8 minutes to downtown, close to NAU, and 34 minutes to Arizona Snowbowl. Relax and enjoy the epic game room with a pool table, foosball, big screen TV, board games, and classic Pac-Man! The open living spaces and private patio gives you plenty of space to make memories and adventure in Flagstaff!
This home is located in the quiet Presidio in the Pines neighborhood. This home is two-stories with a primary king bedroom and one queen bedroom on the first floor, and two king bedrooms and a bunk room on the second floor, which combine for 8 total beds. The primary bedroom features a large en suite bathroom, and all bedrooms have walk-in closets.
This property is dog friendly (up to 2), so that all family members can enjoy nature together in Flagstaff. There is a community park one block away, with a basketball court, jungle gym, grassy area, and dog park.
There is a private backyard patio with lots of seating, BBQ grill, firepit and patio heaters, or enjoy the views of Humphreys Peak from the front porch!
Please Note: Parking is available in the garage, driveway or designated guest parking spots one block South on W Presidio Dr. or North on W Patio del Presidio. The driveway is a bit steep, so please use caution if your vehicle has low ground clearance. There is NO street parking on Camel Drive. If you are unable to park in the garage or driveway, please use the guest parking one block north or south. Ice melt is provided in the garage for guest use, as well as shovels, should you need to clear the driveway prior to or after the professional snow removal company arrives. Violations may be ticketed or towed.

The property was beautiful and clean. The listing pictures were very accurate. The game room was a hit with the kids. Furniture was comfortable along with the mattresses. The location was great and neighborhood was nice and quiet. A friendly neighbor gave us some tips for visiting the Grand Canyon. The driveway into the garage is very steep, we were unable to use the garage with a Tesla model 3 or a Honda Odyssey van. No parking is allowed on the curb, allowed curb parking is at the ends of the block, which isn’t very far away. The air conditioning wasn’t functional upon our arrival. Management had repair techs out the very next day, with excellent communication. The AC needed an additional repair the next day and a final part the day after that. Through out the whole ordeal communication was excellent. We were given a partial refund which made up for the inconvenience. Management could not have handled the unfortunate situation any better.
