Take the stairs or the elevator to the main living floor, where you'll be blown away by the vibrant kitchen with high-end appliances, fully equipped with cookware and utensils, and a sweeping island with plenty of seating. To the right is a wet bar perfect for preparing fun drinks for formal meals, which you can host at the chic indoor dining area that has a mix of bench and chair seating, and if you have a large group, you can extend out to the outdoor dining table on the balcony that can seat an additional six guests. After sunny beach days, unwind in the living room's seating and TV area and complete the day with a breathtaking sunset viewing from the rooftop deck!



The primary bedroom boasts coastal furnishings, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and has balcony access, which is fantastic for listening to the lush palm trees sway. Five King guest bedrooms have tropical flare and premium mattresses; some have balcony access, ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers or shower and tub combos, or easy access to a full hall bathroom. The two bunk bedrooms have a private balcony and a jack-n-jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the fourth floor is the bonus room with a sleeper sofa and a TV with gaming consoles to ensure each young guest has something to do between beach trips.

Pool Heating Disclaimer



Please note that pool heaters are weather-dependent. When outdoor air temperatures drop below 55°F, electric pool heaters will not operate, and pool water will remain cold. Even when temperatures rise slightly above 55°F but stay in the low 60s, the heater may produce minimal heat and may not significantly warm the pool.



The only way to guarantee a consistently warm pool during colder months is with a gas pool heater, which can operate in very low temperatures but requires substantial gas usage to maintain warmth.



By booking during cooler months, guests acknowledge that pool temperature and heater performance are directly affected by weather conditions, which are beyond the control of the property owner or management. We strongly recommend reviewing and acknowledging this information prior to booking to ensure clear expectations regarding pool heating during your stay.
