⚠️ Excessive music causing a noise complaint will result in a $250 fine.
⚠️ Fireworks are NEVER permitted by the HOA. A $1000 fine will be charged if fireworks are set off at the home.
⚠️ No parties. We have strict rules against house parties in our home.
⚠️ No extra guests without prior approval.
⚠️ No smoking within 25 feet of the property. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the unit.
⚠️ No trash should ever be left outside including on the balcony. The HOA issues a $310 penalty if any garbage is left outside. All guests are required to dispose of their trash at the community dumpster.
⚠️ Surfaces may be slippery when icy/wet. Walk, run, drive, and park at your own risk. Salt/Shovels are provided at the home (Winter Season).
⚠️ We do our best to ensure propane is available for grills/fire pits, but cannot guarantee it throughout your stay. If empty, refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement (do not purchase a brand new tank).
⚠️ Rural setting: you might occasionally notice small insects. Year-round pest control measures are in place to minimize encounters. Please let us know if you have concerns!
⚠️ 🐻 Black bears may occasionally be spotted in the area. Secure food and trash properly; they will keep their distance.
⚠️ Winter Driving Note ❄️: 4WD/AWD strongly recommended due to snow/ice. Plowing occurs when snow accumulation exceeds 6 inches. Guests are responsible for towing if stuck.
⚠️ Lost & Found Shipping Policy: $50 handling fee for item retrieval and return shipping coordination (separate from shipping/delivery costs).
⚠️ Guests are responsible for properly disposing of all trash before checkout. A $5 per bag disposal fee may apply for trash left behind. Plan ahead if the community compactor is closed.
⚠️ Please do not throw landscaping rocks or any form of rocks into the lake, as this is 🚫 strictly prohibited due to boats operating and for everyone’s safety 🚤.

📌 Submitting a valid ID and signing our rental agreement after your reservation is confirmed is required. If not completed, your reservation will be cancelled.
📌 A refundable security deposit is required for all one-night reservations and bookings outside Airbnb. For Airbnb, the security deposit is an optional add-on for extra damage insurance.
📌 For Airbnb reservations with a one-night stay, an additional damage waiver of $100–$200 is required via the Airbnb Resolution Center.

📌 Please DO NOT TAKE THE BADGES HOME or DISCARD them. Return all badges to their designated location at the end of your stay.
🚨 IMPORTANT: If any badges are LOST or STOLEN after checkout, a $150 replacement fee will apply.
