The location was very good.
Owners were responsive when booking
The small beds were very uncomfortable one of them was through on the bottom so was unusable.
The items in the caravan were very good, iron, ironing board, cot,highchair etc but this left very little room for clothes and items from home

The owners have really thought about what's needed to give their guests a comfortable stay. We appreciated the cleaning and toiletry products. Caravan was spotlessly clean on arrival and easy to access. Great location for exploring North Wales and easy walk to the beach, although there are far nicer places than Towyn if you have transport.
PARKING!!! The photos are totally misleading as they show a car next to the caravan, as is the wording about parking space. In reality, you are expected to park in front which means you are partly on the road. We did not want to risk getting our car clipped, but fortunately the people opposite didn't have a vehicle and let us park in their space.
Mattresses were thin and uncomfortable. Maybe it's because i'm used to a good one at home and caravan ones are like that generally?
