The location is really good. Stuff is nice and it was clean. There are multiple kitchens available.
The lights in the bathroom did not work for one night, so it was uncomfortable. But they repaired it the following morning

Amazing location, it's close to centre yet quiet. Everything inside was new, clean and well maintained.
Bathrooms were clean and convenient (shelves, good lighting).
Beds were comfortable and the small fridge beside the bed was an amazing idea since you avoid all the mess in the fridge in the kitchen. We had ac in our room and remote to control it, worked very well.
Our entire floor was also air conditioned so the temperature was always pleasant.
Kitchen was well equipped and made well for hostel (2 sinks, 3 stoves).
Overall really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.
The only thing I can complain about is the stuffy air in kitchen and cleanliness. Kitchen utensils were clean, but things like microwave, drawers or dish towels were a little dirty and should be maintained better by staff. Also adding paper towel would be helpful.

The location is superb! Under the old castle near to everything, The reception areas and the check-in/check-out technology are modern and nice. The shared kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. Was quiet except for the false fire alarm! Hot water all day long.
The room wasn't clean, though it wasn't exactly filthy either. The mattress on the double bed was terrible, as were the pillows. When we arrived, the windows were open and lacked screens, allowing anything crawling on the ground to get inside—though fortunately, nothing did. A small fan helped a bit at night, since we couldn't open the window due to mosquitoes. The toilet bowl was tiny—about the size of an open palm—seemingly meant for children! There was no wardrobe for clothes, and the en-suite bathroom had no door—with all the implications that entails!
