Lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką obiektu. Po wcześniejszym przybyciu na miejsce możliwość pozostawienia bagażu co było dużym udogodnieniem oraz taksówka z lotniska pod same drzwi obiektu. Blisko przystanek autobusowy z którego można bez problemu dostać się na lotnisko.
Bardzo nie wygodna kabina w łazience, wąska i mała. Sugerowałabym wymianę bo reszta obiektu na wysokim poziomie. Bardzo wygodne łóżko i co najważniejsze sprawna klima.

The location is absolutely perfect for sightseeing. The Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Piazza Navona are all within walking distance, and you can get to the Colosseum directly by bus from the stop right in front of the hotel.
The hospitality was outstanding. Sparkling wine, Coca-Cola, and water were prepared for us, which made our stay feel very special.
The room was spotless and beautifully cleaned in every detail.
The hotel manager was also incredibly kind and welcoming to us as foreign guests. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and had a wonderful stay.
If I had to mention anything, the water pressure in the shower was a little weak, and there were no tissues in the room. However, this may simply be because I am used to Japanese hotels, so these were not really problems for us at all.

Svidjela nam se lokacija i veličina i čistoća samog smjestaja te komunikacija s domaćinom.
Odsjeli smo u smještajnoj jedinici broj 2 gdje smo imali dostupnost wifi-a samo u hodniku. Domaćin je odmah odreagirao ali budući da je bio vikend tehničar nije bio dostupan.
Imali smo problema kod otvaranja prozora (vanjske grilje).
Bilo bi dobro da smještaj sadrži osnovni pribor za jelo i piće.

Definitely excellent value for money, especially considering the location. It was a lovely surprise to find the fridge stocked with a variety of drinks, including water, Coca-Cola and even a bottle of sparkling wine. That was a very thoughtful touch, thank you!
The location is excellent, with public transport very close by and the Vatican within walking distance. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Also very ineresting design of interier.
Unfortunately, there were also a few things that made us feel uncomfortable, especially the poor sound insulation. There is a bar or café on the other side of the wall. Although the wall itself seems to block the noise quite well, the apartment is located on the ground floor next to a bus stop. Because of the old wooden windows, everything happening outside near the bar or at the bus stop could be heard very clearly.
During the first night, it was very difficult to sleep. I would even say that it felt slightly unsettling, because the noise made us feel as if we were sleeping in a tent. We could clearly hear sounds from both outside and the entrance hall.
There were also no drinking glasses or kettle. This was not a major problem, but it seemed quite unusual.
As I understand, there are four different types of apartments, and the one we received was not the same as the one shown in the Booking.com photos. Again, this was not a serious issue, but taken together, these details made our stay feel a little strange and less comfortable than expected.
