Fantastic location, perfectly placed for exploring the Vatican and the lovely Prati neighbourhood. It was also incredibly convenient for the Terravision airport bus, making our journey to the airport really straightforward. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was spotlessly clean. A particular novelty was using an app to unlock the outside door in the evening– a first for me and a fun little touch! Overall, a really enjoyable and convenient place to stay and would recommend staying for couples
The Junior Suite was a little too cosy for two adults and a 15-year-old, particularly the kitchenette, but perfectly manageable for our two-night stay. The bathroom was compact, and a walk-in shower would have been preferable to the shower curtain
There were quite a few notices around the room, and a slightly more welcoming approach to the instructions would enhance the overall experience.

I really loved the location! The property is in such a beautiful area, with lovely streets, great cafés nearby, and plenty of nice places to explore. Honestly, the neighborhood was one of my favorite parts of the stay. It was a pleasure to walk around, discover different spots, and have so many things within easy reach. The location really couldn't have been better. The accommodation itself was also very nice. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was well maintained. I felt comfortable throughout my stay and had everything I needed. I also appreciated how pleasant and convenient the whole area was, especially with so many good cafés and places to eat just a short walk away.
Overall, I genuinely enjoyed staying here. The location is fantastic, the neighborhood is beautiful, and the accommodation was comfortable and clean.
The main area for improvement is communication with the people managing the property. Some of the WhatsApp interactions felt unnecessarily defensive and not particularly welcoming. I completely understand that guests are expected to read and respect the terms and conditions, but I also believe that questions and concerns should be handled with patience and a friendly attitude. At times, I felt that the focus was more on defending the property's policies than on understanding the guest's perspective. This made certain interactions more difficult than they needed to be.
That said, I want to emphasize that I genuinely enjoyed the accommodation itself. My criticism is about the communication, not the quality of the property. I hope this feedback is received constructively. If the response to this review is simply to defend or justify every interaction rather than acknowledge the guest's experience, I believe that would only reinforce the concern I'm raising. Sometimes, listening to feedback is more valuable than trying to prove that everything was handled correctly.
