Lovely clean tidy and comfy room! Fantastic shower! Super comfy bed! Better than our 4 star hotel we stayed in 2 days before!! Lovely clean bed linen & towels & robes! Room was a good size with lots of tea & coffee! Popped downstairs to the pub for a lovely evening meal. Easy convenient parking on site! Nothing not to like. Would highly recommend. The owners have got things just right!

Helpful staff. Large room with comfortable bed. Easy access to room and building. En suite large bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities. Large car park. Pub below if needed. Breakfast available. In a very rural location at a cross roads so good for exploring.
bathroom was not so good; a very large room but a tiny cramped shower cubicle with a not working properly shower head and a tiny washstand with no light for the mirror; its nothing to do with the hotel but there was no mobile phone signal which was inconvenient; these problems were not major;

Breakfast was poor. The table was very sticky. It needed cleaning. The Bacon was so hard I couldn’t cut it. The eggs were congealed & did not appear to be freshly cooked.
It was hard tofind a plug socket near a mirror which is essential when using a hair dryer.
Noise from outside. Also being able to hear other guests going into their rooms.
Too many plastic plants in the bathroom taking up valuable shelf space.
