Everything. The location couldn’t be better for restaurants and bars. Some lovely walks close by. The room was immaculate and the bathroom was massive. Had everything we needed.

Attention to detail was great in the room layout. The Morning Room had a lot of charm. Lovely spacious double bed. Although no breakfast provided at Merchant's, there were ample places on Bridge Street to have breakfast.
Place, location and staff were all excellent.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. The bathroom was fitted out to a high standard.
There were lots of extra little touches e.g the tea, coffee, biscuits and toiletries were all of a high standard.
The location was good and the owner and her staff were friendly and very helpful.
When we booked at first we thought it was a room in a hotel (which clearly it isn’t). Having said that we realised the set up before we got there so we knew what to expect but perhaps the description could be clearer.

Location was really good which made it so convenient. The room was really comfortable and clean and we loved the proximity to great restaurants.
Wi-fi was really slow and intermittent (possibly due to the thick walls).
It would be great to have a small fridge in the room to keep fresh milk cold or a cool drinks.
